Ball's Mod
Ball's Mod
About the Game
What is Ball's Mod?
Ball-shaped fighters. Orbiting weapons. Pure physics chaos.Throw a fighter into an arena, give it a weapon that spins around on contact, and let the physics sort it out. Weapons hit automatically as they orbit — your job is to build the loadout, not aim the swing.
Build Your Own Weapons
Ball's Mod is a weapon playground. The game ships with a full Weapon Lab where you can build weapons from scratch and see changes live:- Melee blades that orbit at any speed, size, and angle
- Ranged weapons that fire projectiles automatically
- Dual wielding — mix a sword on one side and a bow on the other
- Attach accessories, particle effects, and custom VFX to any weapon
- Burn, poison, and ice effects — each with their own stacking mechanics
Build Your Own Arenas
The built-in Map Editor lets you design battlefields from scratch:- Place walls, platforms, and destructible blocks
- Add trigger zones — damage fields, speed boosts, healing areas, knockback traps
- Set up water zones, gravity fields, and environmental hazards
- Custom spawn points with directional velocity
Build Your Own Effects
Two more editors for the visual side:- VFX Lab — multi-track timeline editor for hit sparks, explosions, slashes, and any combat effect you want
- Particle Lab — full particle system editor with emission shapes, trails, textures, and color curves
Make Your Own Rules
Ball's Mod is data-driven from the ground up. You can customize how the game plays:- Swap textures, sounds, and animations with zero coding
- Define weapons, maps, and game rules through simple JSON files
- Write entirely new game modes — boss fights, survival waves, tower defense
