Bagnomor
About the Game
Description
Bagnomor is a bleak survival-horror set in a remote corner of Eastern Europe, where ancient entities were awakened by human folly.
The swamp is ringed by forest and half-finished government contamination barriers; machines sink, people vanish, and the radio returns only whispers. There is no escape, and the forest wall is closing in.
Gameplay orbits tangible survival needs—warmth, tools, medicine—then twists into ritual: be polite and patient. Scavenge to secure your shelter and craft gear. It may help you find the long, lonely way home.
Combat is sparse and desperate: swarming insects, feral animals, and swamp-born humanlike creatures.
Exploration favors diegetic clues—notes, radio frequencies, footprints, and dreams. All of this is essential if you hope to approach the mystery of this place. The ever-growing forest watches and judges you.
Inspired by Roadside Picnic, Snail on the Slope, and the atmosphere of Darkwood and the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy. The game blends grounded mechanics with dark folklore and quiet absurdity in a dynamic, reactive world. Project is solo developed.
