You remember the parking lot. You remember needing a few groceries.

Now the carpet is wet, the lights won’t stop humming, and something down the hall knows you’re here.

Backrooms Blocks is a first-person voxel survival crafting game mixing liminal horror, strange magic, and deeply questionable company. Explore a sprawling procedural labyrinth, tear its architecture apart for resources, and turn an abandoned room into somewhere you might survive the night.

Scavenge food, water, batteries, and scrap. Craft tools and weapons, fortify your shelter, and build machines that produce supplies. Set up generators, traps, and turrets. Leave yourself an escape route.

Beyond the yellow halls are flooded rooms, abandoned malls, dental offices, libraries, and neighborhoods beneath ceilings where the sky should be. Hidden passages and scattered doorways lead into pocket dimensions, parkour challenges, forgotten memories, and places that seem to belong to somebody else.

You won’t always be alone. Trade with peculiar merchants, collect lore journals, and meet creatures with their own rules. Some might follow you home. Others will wait until you make a mistake.

• Break, build, and survive. Mine voxel environments for materials and construct shelters, workshops, and automated resource systems.

• Find strange ways to defend yourself. Discover enchanted weapons, unusual artifacts, and tiny fuzzy clown familiars that grant physics-altering abilities.

• Try your luck. Open randomly scattered lucky blocks for equipment, treasure, creatures, or an immediate new problem.

• Follow your curiosity. Investigate suspicious paintings, hidden buttons, ritual circles, and doors that don’t belong.

• Watch your supplies and your surroundings. Manage hunger, thirst, stamina, and sanity while exploring long stretches of uneasy quiet.

There might be a way back to the grocery store.
