The forest is gone. The earth is poisoned. Your people burrow deeper, but there is nowhere left to hide.

You are Rootkin—nameless, expendable, born to dig in the dark.

But you have consumed something you should not have. Something that will not let you die.

Ashen Seed is a hand-drawn metroidvania of sacrifice and transformation.
