Ascension Act
About the Game
Welcome to Ascension Act. This is a game where you encounter some puzzles of various types. The primary puzzle aspect revolves around split attention. Certain moments will cause the screens to duplicate, and as the player, you will have to use this to their advantage to get to the end of each level. The main difficult comes from navigating each screen while controlling all characters simultaneously. There are additional, minor mechanics such as being pushed around, jumping, and (currently) nothing else. In the demo, there are two levels, both of which are challenging in their own aspects.
You may ask: "For what reason, doth one complete thine dreary tasks?"
A stranger responds: "Heck if I know, man."
Message from the Creator: Hey, everyone. This is my first game, so I sincerely hope that you enjoy it (or at least tolerate it). I'm new to all of this, but I'm more than willing to learn and accept feedback. I made this game mainly because I wanted to; I enjoy coding and programming different mechanics, and (as you can probably tell) I'm a fan of more difficult games. I don't think that this game will be a massive hit or anything, but I just want to prove to myself that I can create a decent, coherent game that people can at least respect. It may take some time, but I'll get there. In the meantime, let me know what you think. :)
