Ars Et Anima

Ars Et Anima

About the Game

Ars et Anima invites you to step across the threshold of the Italian Renaissance. Taking on the role of Fra Angelico (Il Beato Angelico), the celebrated friar and painter, you receive a commission of immense prestige from Cosimo de' Medici himself: to bring a timeless masterpiece to life. But time is ticking, and art demands sacrifice.

The adventure takes place within the evocative walls of the historic convent known today as the famous San Marco Museum in Florence. To complete your work, you must explore its sacred halls and gain the support of your fellow friars. As guardians of knowledge, they will not part with their precious materials easily: they will test your culture through riddles and quizzes in Ancient Latin to ensure you are truly worthy of representing their faith and their art.
