About the Game

Armed Monsters is a story-driven action survival game adapted from the novel of the same name by 裘萊. After discovering a mysterious red game box, three students receive an invitation to enter the world of a VR game. What begins as a trial becomes a struggle to survive.

EXPLORE, FIGHT, AND RESCUE

Explore locations including an amusement park, a harbor, and a casino. Fight enemies with beam guns and melee weapons, collect supplies, and rescue civilians as you complete each stage's combat and escape objectives. Watch both your health and infection, and use healing potions, first-aid kits, and antidotes when needed.

CHARACTER PROGRESSION AND EQUIPMENT

Earn experience and in-game coins, then buy and equip items in the shop. Progress through Easy, Normal, Hard, and Hell difficulties. Completing a difficulty unlocks additional playable characters. Equipment enhancement becomes available in higher difficulties, with a risk of losing equipment when attempting higher-level upgrades.

ONLINE SURVIVAL

Work with teammates against enemy waves and a boss encounter. Rescue civilians on the battlefield and use supplies to support your allies. Keeping the team alive and meeting the battle objectives are both part of the challenge.

Follow stage conversations to learn about the cast. Browse the student album and monster encyclopedia for information about the characters and creatures.

PLAY REQUIREMENTS

An internet connection and a game account are required, including for solo play. VR is part of the fictional setting; this is not a VR-headset game.
