Arcade Warlord

Arcade Warlord

About the Game

LOGISTICS IS WAR.

It is the 1980s. The city is hungry for neon, noise, and high scores. But you are not here to play games—you are here to sell them.

Arcade Warlord is a Grand Strategy Tycoon where business is combat. You don't just build an arcade; you engineer a monopoly. Starting from a garage with a single cabinet, you must conquer the city district by district, crushing rival corporations through superior logistics, cutthroat negotiation, and weaponized finance.

PERSONNEL IS POWER

Forget generic workers. Your company is built on the backs of unique Agents, not anonymous numbers.

  • Headhunt the Talent: Scout the city for specific talent profiles. You don't just hire a "Manager"; you hire a Shark with high Ambition and Charisma stats to bully landlords into lower rent.

  • The 1-20 System: Every Agent has a unique personality and stat block. A Hauler with low Reflexes will crash your trucks. A Negotiator with low Professionalism will take bribes.

  • Physical Presence: Watch your Agents physically travel the map in real-time. They aren't spreadsheets—they are units on the battlefield. If they get stuck in traffic, your money stops flowing.

WEAPONIZED FINANCE

Your bank account is your ammunition. The economy isn't just a scoreboard; it's a destructible environment.

  • The Stock Market: Play the market to survive. Issue bonds to fund expansion, or buy back your own shares to consolidate power.

  • Hostile Takeovers: See a rival getting too strong? Short-sell their stock, then sabotage their most profitable venue to crash their value. Once they panic, buy them out for pennies on the dollar.

  • The Boardroom War: You are not playing against a passive AI. Rival CEOs have their own agendas, stock strategies, and aggressive tactics.

CONQUER THE GRID

The city is divided into territories, and you need to paint the map.

  • Territory Control: You can't just buy success; you have to take it. Control 60% of a district's venues to force a monopoly and unlock powerful regional buffs like Police Immunity or Cheaper Repairs.

  • Logistics Networks: Design the supply chain. Optimize routes for your fleet to repair machines and collect coins before the competition steals your spot.

  • Sabotage: When fair play fails, play dirty. Cut power to a rival's block, bribe the police to raid their venues, or hire thugs to "reorganize" their arcade cabinets.

BUILD THE TOWER

Your Headquarters is a puzzle of efficiency.

  • Vertical Expansion: Construct your HQ floor by floor.

  • R&D Departments: Don't just buy games—invent them. Hire developers to create the ultimate game engine, research new cabinet tech, and release the hit title that defines the generation.

The Golden Age is waiting. Insert Coin. Crush the Competition.
