About the Game

COUNTY HOSPITAL: CAUTERY is a 4-player cooperative sci-fi horror experiment with a twist and flamethrowers. Complete a multi-stage mission to eradicate a biological outbreak, but beware: success triggers a hidden protocol, turning one of you into an specimen that hunts the rest.

▶ SINGLEPLAYER  or 4-PLAYER CO-OP & PVP 

Inmerse in a solo campaing mode or work as a team using flamethrowers to complete 8 interconnected objectives: photograph organisms, restore power, retrieve key items, activate systems, and cleanse the facility.

▶ A FULL CAMPAIGN IN ONE MISSION

A dense, 1-2 hour layered operation inside the infected County Hospital. Substantial cooperative raid with progression, puzzles, and a climactic boss fight.

▶ THE TRAITOR PROTOCOL

After the final boss falls, the real experiment begins. One random player is transformed into a giant spider with unique abilities, turning the game into a tense PvP hunt.
