Antim Yatra: One Train, Countless Secrets

Antim Yatra is a first-person mystery horror, set in the eerie remains of the British-India railway station, the station that once used to be the terminus for the Marvel of Indian Engineering, now exists as a temporal anomaly - a perfectly preserved 1940s structure.  All waiting rooms and platforms acts as the perfect snapshot of the night everything changed, air is thick with past and every shadow tells a story of an unended journey.

Relic of Steel and Steam :

Belgharh station was the heart of the Dakshini Express and its steam engine, a marvel of Indian engineering, which could pull 8-12 coaches and can run at a speed of the 100 kmph with ease. But after a catastrophic derailment just few kilometres away, the station became an anomaly and time fractured. Today while the modern world thrives outside, the station is trapped in the moments after the crash. The atmosphere is heavy with the memories and presence of the train that was meant to change history, but instead, stopped time at 11:52 PM.

Threshold of Two Eras :

Silence inside this station isn’t the absence of noise-it’s a heavy, crushing presence. For years, authorities have labelled the station a restricted zone and is surrounded by a modern perimeter fence. Two sides of the fence hold two different laws and atmosphere. The transition is smooth yet terrifying, as the vibrant green of jungle fades into the grey atmospheric terminal. Stepping across the threshold means leaving the world of today for the world where the clock stopped moving.

You step into a role of a journalist but this isn’t just another story for the morning papers. Your bloodline is inextricably linked to Belgharh, which is the reason you cannot look away from the station mystery. This obsession began with the half-told stories of your elders, sparking a lifelong need to uncover what was truly lost on that night in the 1940s. You have entered the restricted zone to walk the tracks and see what was left behind.
