About the Game

"Anomaly Road" is an escape game set on a mountain road in Japan, combining horror, driving, and strange occurrences.

Unusual oncoming cars, tunnels with no end in sight, bananas by the roadside, mysterious creatures attacking you, a man suffering through a series of misfortunes, bizarre phenomena that are so strange you can only laugh... Can you withstand the chaos of various strange occurrences? Observe carefully and escape from this road where anomalies loop.

While driving, you suddenly realize you've gotten lost on a road deep in the mountains. Something's wrong with this road. As you turn a corner with a bad feeling, what awaits you...?

--Features of this work--

・The final version is planned to feature over 50 different anomalies.

・While modeled after some famous mountain passes in a certain prefecture in Japan, significant changes were made partway through the game.

・This work is influenced by liminal spaces such as 'Exit 8' and 'Backrooms'.

・It features a wide variety of anomalies, including not only horror, but also surprises, beautiful anomalies, familiar tropes, humorous anomalies, and dangerous anomalies.

・Even those who don't like horror can enjoy it, so please pick it up without being scared.

This is a safe setting that prevents the player's field of vision from shaking up and down even when the player moves. It is relatively easy to play even for those who are prone to motion sickness.
