Anatolian Soup Simulator

Anatolian Soup Simulator

About the Game

You open the shutter yourself. Inside there is one stove, one pot, a handful of tables and a till that is emptier than you would like. Everything that happens after that is your work: the stock you order, the soup you cook, the customers you serve, the dishes you wash, and the restaurant you slowly build out of the money you make.

Anatolian Soup Simulator is a first-person restaurant business simulator about running a small Anatolian soup shop with your own hands and growing it into something bigger.

Run the restaurant

Every day runs on your schedule. Open up, get the kitchen ready, work the rush, close the till and count what you made. Customers arrive, wait, order, eat, pay and leave, and what they thought of the experience follows you into tomorrow through your reputation.

Cook by hand

Nothing cooks itself. Connect the gas cylinder, light the stove, prepare the pot and ladle every bowl yourself. The soups are real Anatolian dishes, prepared step by step rather than selected from a menu.

Manage supplies

Order ingredients from the market and wait for the delivery to arrive. Carry the crates in yourself, stock the depot, and keep track of what is running low. Gas cylinders run out. Ingredients run out. If you did not plan for it this morning, you will find out about it during the rush.

Serve customers

Take the order, carry the bowl, put it on the right table, and take the payment. You only own so many bowls, so every dish that comes back dirty is a dish you cannot serve until you deal with it. Customers who wait too long do not stay patient.

Clean and reset

Wash the dishes. Clear and clean the tables. Get the room back into a state where tomorrow can start properly. The end of the day is part of the job, not a screen you skip.

Expand the business

Reinvest what you earn. Use Build Mode to place and arrange furniture the way you want the room to work, open up a second salon when you can afford it, and add a mangal grill to the operation. The restaurant you end with is one you laid out yourself.

Anatolian identity

The setting is a modern Anatolian restaurant, drawn from Gaziantep and the wider region rather than from a museum. Real dishes, real service, and a room built from walnut, terrazzo and cini tilework.

Single-player.
