About the Game

Ace Expedition is a poker-hand building Roguelike. No card counting, no memorizing hand charts — if you know pairs, straights, and flushes, you're ready to form a party and hit the road. How many battles you actually win, though, is entirely on you.

Collect and combine over 300 cards with wildly different personalities. Want the necromancer's skeleton horde to drown the enemy? Go ahead. Want the mage's arcane blasts to burn everything down? Also fine. Or have the blade master one-shot enemies with surgical precision? Sure. Equipment, relics, and consumables mix freely — the gap between random button-mashing and your own signature build is just a few more runs.

Every run is a fresh adventure. 50+ enemies with distinct styles, paired with an encounter system that seems to roll dice on its mood each day — you'll never guess who's next. Some stack shields just to annoy you, some swarm the board to gang up on you, and some exist purely to test your patience. Lose? Adjust your strategy. Lose again? Well… that's just the enemy not fighting fair.

This game rewards strategy, but luck plays its part too. When the cards are good, you're the chosen one. When they're not, you're the poor fool fate decided to toy with. Win? That's your skill. Lose? That's the dealer's fault. Either way, you're already at the table — one more round won't hurt.
