A Table of Liars is a single-player poker roguelike about knowing when to stop. Build your hand one card at a time, read the dealer across the table, and decide whether the next draw is worth the risk.

Draw, stand, or call your shot

The first three cards let you build freely. After that, each card you choose to draw must improve your poker pattern or you bust. Stand with what you have, chase a stronger hand, or commit to the pattern you think you can make. The table shows your hand, the possible improvement, and the risk of drawing again. Some dealer rules and Joker powers change these conditions.

Read the person across the table

Face a roster of 100 dealers inspired by Russian literature. Watch for hesitation, confidence, and deception. An opponent's behavior is another clue, but not every dealer tells the truth.

Build an edge between tables

Spend your winnings in the Joker shop. More than 50 active Jokers can reveal information, change a draw, protect a risky play, or reward a particular way of building your hand. Choose the powers that fit your next opponent.

The card-table stakes are fictional. There is no real-money wagering and no prizes of real-world value. This is an offline single-player game; opponents are computer-controlled.
