A Song Of Sunlight
About the Game

Arem has lived his life surrounded by ocean waves and fields of dying grass. Upon his small island lies The Settlement, a community of just three thousand: the children of the sun. Passing the long years in prayer and simple work, the blessed people of the Island live and die by their traditions. Arem, like all young men and women of The Settlement, knows well the laws of his people: perform one's obligation for the greater good, and never enter The Well- a passage leading deep into the unknown earth below.
Raised as a Woundbearer, Arem greatly desires to come of age and do his part in improving the lives of his community- none more so than Sachita, the burning girl, shunned by The Settlement but whom he loves dearly.
Yet, when Arem is suddenly given the responsibilities he always dreamed of, he finds his certainty shattered by the truth of the horror held at The Settlement’s close reach. Now doubting the only life he's ever known, Arem embarks on a secret mission to save his people and unravel the true nature of his world.
Descending into the Well and desperately searching for answers, Arem comes to understand just how much he truly has to lose.

A Song of Sunlight features a novel pseudo-turn-based combat system that challenges players to fight for their lives against horrifying enemies. By night, explore desolate megastructures filled with mystery and danger, discover weapons and equipment lost to humanity, and customize your build to suit many distinct play styles.
A tightly woven intersection of gameplay and narrative, players will interact with the game world and characters in depth.
