A Pocket Full of Slagford
About the Game
A Pocket Full of Slagford is a silly puzzle misadventure that sends you scurrying across a grim Northern city coming apart at the seams.
STORY
Trouble is a-brewin’ down pit. Dung miners have laid down their tools to take to the streets with picketed warfare, while deep under the city streets something ancient stirs in the dark.
Over yonder in the knife crime district, fate has handed an irresponsible amount of power to eleven-year-old scallywag Pip Bunting by granting him the ability to tamper with reality itself. An important errand gets way out of hand, Pip soon finds himself dealing with not only the worldly problems of the Slagford locals, but also the otherworldly problems his meddling may be causing along the way...
FEATURES
Pure point & click sensibilities - All the streamlined elegance of a classic point & click adventure interface. Just you and your big brain connected directly to an oversized, shape-shifting cursor.
World-bending picture puzzling - Solve your way through the game by slapping down collected “Imprints” on anything in the world with the same shape. The moon becomes a massive wheel of cheese! A gentleman's hat becomes a tortoise on a dinner plate! A teapot... becomes something else shaped like a teapot!
CD-ROM era aesthetic - Forgotten pre-rendered technology at a suitably crunchy resolution will bring you back to a time that we can agree was better in every way: the mid-to-late 90s.
A comedic vision of a barely-futuristic Britain - Ever wondered what the UK would look like if it never clawed its way out from under Thatcher's boot? Wonder no more!
A proper class soundtrack - An ear-boggling score from genius maestros Moniker, music group behind Hunt for the Wilderpeople!
