Replay your favourite levels in Challenge Mode, and see how long you can last!

Keep your kitchen crew from getting 86'd by serving the right dish while keeping track of your dishes to keep them from burning as the pressure builds in the kitchen.  Or you can just give up and serve yourself instead.  Like, as the dinner, not as the diner.  You don't get to eat.  You're the Chef after all.  Service must come first.
