🎥 Horror Puzzle Game '8-SECOND RECORDS'

You are the sole observer tasked with uncovering mysterious incidents.

Step into the shoes of the sole observer investigating a mysterious case in a quiet, dark, and retro-infused Japan. Players will shift between the eyes of a detective, journalist, and profiler, meticulously examining CCTV footage for clues. Solve the challenging puzzles and quizzes to reveal the hidden truth in this novel horror puzzle experience.

🔍 Game Features

• 7 Days of Mystery: To solve the three unsolved cases (Case 1: Stalker (ストーカー), Case 2: The Ritual (儀式), Case 3: Quiet Gardener (静かな庭師)) , you must intensively analyze 7 days' worth of CCTV footage for each incident. A new video is unlocked each day.

• Tense Video Manipulation: The CCTV video supports pause, fast-forward, and rewind functions. However, you only have a total of 2 opportunities per case to rewind or restart the videos , so you must carefully capture the clues.

• Diverse Quizzes: After watching the video each day, 3 to 4 quizzes related to the video content are presented. The quizzes are given in various forms, including multiple-choice, short-answer, and sequence-matching, to test your deduction skills.

• 'Life' System: The player is given 5 lives. One life is deducted each time a quiz is answered incorrectly. If all lives are lost, you must restart the video for that day from the beginning. Lives are reset to 5 each time you complete a case and move on to the next one.

• Extreme Horror Sound: Low bass and dissonance, along with gradually intensifying ambient sounds, create tension and maximize the sense of horror with sudden loud noises during jump scare scenes. Realistic and delicate sound effects like CCTV static, subtle footsteps, and distant whispers are used to enhance immersion.

Resolve all three unsolved cases , successfully complete all quizzes based on the 7 days of footage , and uncover the truth of the incidents.
